Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
All purchases and sales are final. No returns or size changes after shipment. If you receive the wrong size or wrong product, we are more than happy to help. khaotic is not responsible for any lost,unclaimed or damaged packages and recommend contacting UPS for more information. Khaotic is not responsible to pay any tariffs for the receiver.
